What to do before we get there
Find the main water shutoff and turn it off if water is actively leaking. Stop running water and flushing if a drain is backing up. Move anything valuable away from the wet area, and if water is near electrical outlets or the panel, stay clear and don't touch anything.
Then call. Tell us what you're seeing, because it helps us bring the right equipment on the first trip.
The kinds of emergencies we handle
Sewer and drain backups, burst or leaking pipes, supply line failures, failed water heaters and sudden clogs that won't clear. One customer told us we came out fast and fixed an emergency drain issue the same day, and that's the standard we hold ourselves to.
We won't promise a clock time we can't keep. We'll give you an honest arrival window when you call.
Hours
We're open Monday through Sunday, 8AM to 10PM. If you're calling outside those hours, leave a message and we'll call back as soon as we're in.
Where we provide emergency plumbing
We cover Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County and New Jersey, and we're open every day from 8AM to 10PM.
